4th of July!

This year’s Independence Day was just as patriotic and celebrated within our family and friends as it has been in the past, even with what our country is up against today. I’m sure that for some, that can be border line inappropriate, but we simply stand behind the RED WHITE & BLUE!!! I pray that everyone else had an amazing fun filled day, well spent with the people they enjoy most, as we did. I see the 4th of July as a day to just feel so grateful and blessed to be able to be here, freely spending it with our loved ones. As for the rest of the country, I hope that ya’ll were able to put your views on hold for the day, and were able to partake in having a great holiday!

Without filling rushed or strapped for time, we woke up and prepped for the day; my eldest and I had fun baking cupcakes, making popcorn balls and popcorn mixed with candy. We also made potato salad and prepped for our evening BBQ; I mean, what’s the 4th of July without barbecuing!! As we started the day, the little ones had already started swimming and hanging out with the neighbors. {We have been more than blessed with the neighborhood friends that we have.}

We hung out in and around the pool for a couple of hours before the majority decided to get out hang out around the seating area. After a few drinks and eating dinner, we all made our way to the front yard where we met up with the rest of our neighbors and joined in on sharing time doing fireworks together. As simple as the day may sound, we all had a great time and made another memorable 4th of July go down in history as we have in the past!!

Hope that your day was as Pretty to the T as it possibly could have been!!!

Hang in there…… Enjoy some more pictures of my beautiful children…..
