Backyard Ambiance
With the weather hitting as high as the triple digits, and the world dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, now is a good time to give your backyard a nice face lift. Granted, no one enjoys working in the heat, but spending time in the backyard either early in the morning while enjoying your cup of coffee, hanging out with the kiddos while swimming and barbecuing, or spending the evening conversing with friends and/or family, you want to do this in a pretty environment.

Adding a little spice to your backyard doesn’t have to be anything extravagant or not affordable, there are plenty of ways to make your backyard Pretty To The T, on a budget. My backyard has a lot of “me” in it. I love the bright & airy, boho, and modern look; I mean, who doesn’t? While creating the perfect backyard ambiance, I had to keep in mind that I share this space with the rest of my family.

We have swinging hammocks that hang from our back porch, a beautiful egg chair that overlooks our pool, my husband and I made a gorgeous wooden picket wall that holds succulents (check out this post on how we created the wooden wall, https://prettytothet.com/backyard-wooden-decorative-wall/), and a cute area for the kids to play. With everyday that passes, I slowly add something else to the backyard or change something around. As of now….. It’s super cute and totally me!!! And my family needs, “Mama.” Hanging out in our backyard, that’s just what you get….Mama!
